Pros
Flexogenix provides its employees snacks in the break room and caters lunch every other non-payday Friday. I would prefer to have my direct deposit go through instead of free lunch, but hey that's just me (they have been giving out paper checks due to issues with payroll and money).
Cons
Micromanagement should be the slogan for this company. Everything is micromanaged. The company does not screen new hires appropriately and has a lot of inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Management does not care about employees and honestly can be described as racist. Every employee is treated the same, meaning if you have a coworker that doesn't do any work they will be treated equal to the hard working employee, but if you are of a different color then you may get singled out and picked on/bullied. Because there are so many people there is no accountability. It is constant chaos and no one is ever on the same page. Management sends out operational/clinical changes weekly, but in all honesty things change every day at this place, so unless you are okay with changing the way you do things EVERY SINGLE DAY then this is not the place for you. The company is fighting battles with insurance companies and has lost a lot of patients because of it. My best advice is to stay away from this place. They market misleading information to patients and to job hunters. Don't believe any of it because it is all too good to be true. They allow people to move up to higher positions who have zero training, experience or education and because of that the company is slowly, but surely failing. Employees are resigning left and right and upper management still doesn't seem to understand that they are the problem. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this family business because blood is thicker than water and they bring that into the workplace for sure.
