Pros
The only good things here are the colleagues
Cons
Management, including the CEO, makes decisions that don’t make sense, constantly changing policies without consistency—just double standards. Management focuses on endless needs instead of actual results. There is no respect, just constant pressure and unrealistic expectations. Even the smallest things become an issue. We see he treats this someone staff with no value, repeatedly undermining her credibility in front of other staff. I can see a pattern in how he treats those employees, and this pattern can also extend to other employees. He also doesn’t trust the experience of his staff, insisting on doing things only his way. So why hire experienced employees if they are treated like fresh graduates? The salary here is also unfair and biased. Instead of focusing on actual business growth, the leadership nitpicks pointless things while overloading employees with work. The environment is exhausting, and there’s no future here. There are no clear or proper guidelines, making work chaotic and frustrating. If you value fairness, respect, and proper leadership, this is not the place for you.
