Typical startup setup - hustling and learning was required. Employee days at hubs were extremely helpful to understand operations. Some engineers were talented to work with. Most of the senior management is a pleasure to talk and work with - very understanding and friendly.

Titles did not correlate to experience and some folks had inflated ego - probably GenZ employees in operations. This made life harder for more experienced employees who were trying to make things work.
