      As we scale, there are bound to be challenges. But with a supportive team, I'm able to tackle these challenges and learn from them. Flipkart Provides the necessary tools and also encourages us to upskill by giving us courses and also during the Learning and Developement Training sessions

      Nothing that I can think of. It's been pretty good so far

      Pros

      1. The tech stack you get to work at Flipkart is probably one of the best in the country. 2. You get to work on microservices while also staying close to the infra. 3. The tech stack varies from team to team but in general, good tech is used in each org.

      Cons

      1. At times, work-life balance takes a major hit, commonly a few weeks before the sale events when there is deployment freeze and even the smallest of deployments have to go thorugh a large chain of approvals.
