Pros
- exposure to state-of-the-art AI - be on the spotlight, your actions will have a direct impact on the company's revenue and the clients - lot of learning opportunities - great benefits, considering the company size - great professionals on all teams - friendly environment
Cons
- employees outside UK work on a contract (I only left because Canada's immigration policies don't allow you to work on a contract if you want to become a permanent resident) - the volume of work can be a bit overwhelming from time to time - could be more flexible on the work schedule
