      - High-trust environment with real scope and growth opportunities to match - Strong technical team, over half ex-MIT - Level-headed leadership that communicates well and sets a high bar - Customers genuinely use and love the product

      Cons

      Still very much a start-up. Expect to occasionally work outside your scope, with a "why do later what you can do today" operating default.
