-Opportunity to earn a lot during big film premiers -If you love walking, you get your steps in (20k+ steps a shift) -Co-worker culture is fun -Great Benefits -Free Movie Tickets -Food Discounts -Flexible Scheduling

Cons

-If you hate walking, you will walk a lot -During slow periods, pay can be very low -During busy months, there is hardly enough time to sit and eat

Free movies, food, beer. Salary for leadership.

Cons

No work life balance at all, no nights off due to shifts. Free movies you never have time for. Corporate support is non existent. Job title misleading as you order for every department including beverage. No lower level support- company does not do E-verify or background checks so you will be working with people that may or may not be legal to even be here. It’s fast food- single digit labor expectations.
