The only thing I see as a disadvantage is that the business model is vulnerable to global pandemics that could affect the transportation of people such as the coronavirus travel restriction measures. but so are most of businesses.
About the working environment, you will find some people who complain in any place they go. The most important factor is always that if what bothers you is rooted in the company culture itself. If the company policy and culture supports you to change what is wrong, then be a proactive person and change what's wrong and leave it better than when you arrived, for yourself and for others coming after you.
