Cons
- Benefits could be slightly better - Internal reviews/feedback process can be better, personal feedback culture (so feedback to a person, not to the content of the work) is lacking - Juniors can carry a lot of water, which will make them feel underpaid/underappreciated (but you don't end up with the boring tasks..) - Strategy for D&I is lacking, needs to be more data driven. White males, predominantly from Germany, are overrepresented in leadership positions
