Great engineering and business but not employee oriented company - Engineering Flo Health Employee Review

Thank you for your positive words about Flo product & business, and our engineering team – we are big fans too. Considering your listed con, we have to point out that 2022 has been a turbulent year for the whole world, including Flo. For a big chunk of this year a lot of our resources have been shifted to relocating our employees, making sure that they feel supported through the whole process. Right now we are all back on our feet and back to business as usual, and we're working hard to build a bank of tools for our employees to help them tackle any personal challenges, such as our Employee Assistance programmes.. We are lucky to have you at Flo as a part of our team, building a better future for female health.
