Too many likeable managers

This is a great place to work if you have a good work ethic and can work independently. The managers really do care about the employees and it is a family-type environment. The in-house software development team takes suggestions and feedback seriously and implements it.

This is still really a start up company so there are some processes and procedures that need to be worked out.
