Not enough pay, lack of growth potential

Family owned over corporate is always great. trusted to do whats right for the store and minimal supervision of your work. Family owned so schedule can be flexible. Always gets days off that you request. Decent benefits

NO breaks other then lunch. Very demanding, lower pay then area average for amount of work done. Lots of yelling if any slight mistake happens. You work with multiple stores so multiples bosses who all LOVE to yell at you instead of have constructive talks
