It’s a great environment. From my first day on the job I felt valued and appreciated. Everyone from HR to Regional Managers, up to the Director of Operations are always willing to answer questions. They put a lot of effort into making where we work a fun place to be.
The benefits and time off are good with flexibility on when you’re able to take it. It’s not always an easy job, it’s constantly moving and always changing but it’s a fun place to be with people who want to see you succeed.
If you’re dealing with a toxic workplace but still have to engage with customers professionally, the key is separating the customer interaction from the internal chaos around you
Cons
—constant criticism, yelling, favoritism, disorganization, and feeling singled out—can create a genuinely toxic work environment. Even when a workplace is chaotic overall, being repeatedly targeted by a manager can wear down your confidence and make every day feel tense.
