Pros
Banker's hours! No weekends or federal holidays. The locations are great. The employees are great to work with. Management is usually understanding when it comes to family events and schedules.
Cons
It is a close-knit group at the top and it is very hard to break through the glass ceiling. The company is very top-heavy and doesn't take the base, front-line employees into consideration. Executive management lives at the office and sometimes they tend to forget that not everyone does that!
