Pros
Home every night, weekends off, drivers meetings,tractors,some coworkers,ok management(they can do better) ok benefits,route sequence,nice a clean warehouse.good hand trucks and uboats.electric pallet jacks, most of the lifgates on trailer are in good conditions.
Cons
Management need to listen to the drivers, they are the face of the company.You have to break your back to make a little money,long hours,complicated costumers,rotate products.If you are a family person you will have little to no time during the week.Most drivers go home and go right to sleep to get up and do it again.Some times i had to pay homeless people to help me because i knew i wasnt getting any help from team drivers or TDM to finish my route in a decent time.
