Pros
FFA is a great place to start especially for fresh graduates who want to be in the financial advisory domain and learn about the market trends and learn more about the investing strategies. Overall good place to start your career.
Cons
I think the layout of being an FA is a tedious and hard task, overall not just for this firm but being an FA in general is hard. One has to complete an Insurance license and a Finra 65/66 license. The second major but last con I would think would be that there is no base salary for us, you get what you sold/advised to clients. The beginning of your journey may be up to 6-8 months it will be really hard for client acquisition but trust the process. For me, those will be the two major cons other than that the overall work environment is very nice, managers and other clients are nice and relaxed to work with. All in all you will definitely feel like Wolf of wall street
