Cons
$1 raise promised after probation period was unfulfilled for all employees. PTO benefits are not available as per the terms of the initial new hire contract. Owner is abusive and condescending to all employees (even in front of clients). Employees are put in harms way to prove a point in appointments by the owner. Turnover rate for both technicians and doctors is extremely high. All veterinarians leave as soon as the receive their behavior certification and do not start residency. No respect for employees’s time and efforts. Pressure for no overtime even though tasks are assigned after hours by the owner. You are not a tech, you are a scribe and personal assistant. Atmosphere is heavy and very negative under the owner’s unrealistic expectations. Owner terminates individuals while on vacation, while basing it on “performance”, without negative feedback, meetings or developmental plans. You will not grow.
