The management team at this organization understood that micromanagement is not an effective leadership strategy, and instead cshose to foster a culture of trust and autonomy and among employees.
Cons
The CEO's inconsistent and hostile management style was drive by greed, treating employees as mere means to an end. It was unprofessional, appalling, and showed a complete lack of empathy towards the team. The way he treated us was demeaning and it was hard to work under such hostile conditions.
