Great Company - IT An Flowserve Employee Review

I've been with the company over 4 months, and its been a great experience. There was two rounds of interviews (Not including the preliminary interview with HR), and although the final interview was challenging, it showed me that they are very selective in who they hire which is a great sign and it definitely shows. There are great people that work here that are truly skillful. Lots of folks have been here over 10 years. Onboarding was great, HR was very communicative and was happy to answer any questions. My offer was competitive and up to par with the market and the benefits are great. The office has a nice modern appeal and is right across a bunch of nice restaurants. The CEO values employees and is very transparent. All in all, I am so happy to be with a company like Flowserve. I definitely see myself here for a long time.
