      Organizational structure not very clear at the beginning; Lack of clear procedures to follow; Integration could be better and clearer; Delay in receiving work tools such as computers, cell phones, etc.;

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
