You get to go to sketchy locations of the city that you never would have gone to before! As well as meet individuals you'll never want to talk to ever again!
Cons
The whole job was con, anyone above you gets the wealthy rich neighborhoods (the people that can afford panels) while the new guys get the actual ghettos and houses that are inhabited by renters (now think of any good reason a renter would want to pay for something they won't ever own??).
