Big enough to competitively pay and small enough to allow growth. Food days when applicable. Thanksgiving dinners, BBQ's and games are a nice way to break up the year. Great walking neighborhood. Exercise equipment on-site. Free Keurig coffee or bring your own. Plenty of microwaves. Plenty of food. We work hard, we play hard, we laugh hard.
Cons
Dogs are not allowed to spend the day in the office. We could use more free vending machine days. Growing pains hurt more in a tight woven environment.
