      Pros

      There is none that comes to mind only if you work like a dog you will get bonuses if any

      Cons

      Training is very extensive, so much to learn and not enough time to learn it. Training is not structured and expected to go boots and all when the knowledge is not quite there and if you want to be yelled at and made look like a fool when asked to do something then go for it and be told its wrong and be nice to their face and back stab them behind their back

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
