Pros
I worked for Fluor for 13 years; if you pay attention and work as a team player, it exceeds the other top EPC firms for which I worked in terms of learning curve on project execution, employee relations and employee/management loyalty. If you don't know how to work as a team player, our division quickly got rid of you through separation or transfer, and some of the personality with whom you work do not make "team work" easy.
Cons
Fluor pays near the top, but not at the top of major US EPC firms. Some of its technical experts are lifers who prefer to talk only with each other, sometimes at the expense of project operations. The Construction side out of Greenville and bean-counters in Sugar Land have sometimes had oversize influence on company performance and not in a good way.
