      Pros

      Nice work environment.. Till now really friendly work culture is there. Hard work is the key.. Don't know much presently, but hope that I will experience a huge growth in all fields along with company's growth.

      Cons

      Salary hikes should be more. More and more field experiences should be there for proper growth of the engineers.
