Most junior & Mid level people super talented and driver

Leadership value nothing more than sucking up to them in order to get ahead. Only way you climb the ranks is this way. They don't value difference like they say they do. Ask for a pay rise, they'll string you along, tell you how valued you are for months and then give you as little as possible.

Down periods can be long. Not always practicing the values that they preach.

Opportunity to work at multiple companies. Occasionally interesting work.
