Pros
You'll definitely gain tons of experience here. Your opinion is heard and you're encouraged to be creative and pick up more skills. Kitchen snacks were awesome.
Cons
Most of the staff is very underpaid and the amount of work is unreasonable for one person. They have singular interns doing a whole department's worth of work. The CEO also constantly changes his mind on what he wants you to do. Very poor management. And if you do land a salary job they'll take your efforts, work, and ideas and then fire you so they can hire an intern to continue for cheaper. I saw 6 people either get fired or quit in only 2 months.
