micromanagement, salary starts at 160 czk per hour, 200 czk is treated as a "managerial" salary, the constant change of goals and plans, hard to get the budget for anything that might improve the workflow, the office we were in was a classroom (we had to move all the stuff if there was a class during the weekends (once every two months), although management know nothing about most of the things, they have the final say, sometimes you don't get your salary in time, final salary is usually less than was agreed on (they say it's net, but in reality, it is Gross or Super Gross), hard to find an accountable person for literally anything, everyone is told that they are "managers", so no people to do the work, but a lot to manage, most people working there are demotivated and just trying to get by until they find a decent job
