Pros

Creativity is valued here, and if you are willing to work hard you can move up very quickly. Certain departments get a lot of independence. Debbie, the owner, values the brand integrity over just churning out content. This makes for a great environment to flourish in, if you lack experience. There is free catered lunch everyday, as well as a cafeteria. The interior and work areas are well maintained, and well decorated. Salt & Pepper has a family atmosphere, and management will do their best to take care of you once you are a part of that family (this can be a pro or con for some, and not everyone is treated equally).

Cons

There is a notable lack of diversity - given that it is a Korean company this is somewhat expected. Project budgets are very limited, as well as freelance budgets. Some departments have high turnover. There are no benefits, PTO is extremely limited.
