Pros
- There was a constant flow of events - Always a new / or consistent gig - Gear is mostly new or fairly current to industry standards - Former employees of the bought out audio company were a pleasure to work with.
Cons
- Absolutely poor excuse of a salary for employees….oh woohoo, minimal OT for non-exempt - Gig days where mostly a hot mess because of a lack of details from management and lack of staffing - If you think you’re getting into this to just be a white glove, you’re wrong. You’ll probably end up driving a truck endlessly at some point too. - Management’s personal (health) agenda is pushed on you and forget your personal beliefs….those are out the window.
