Cons

Terrible management Destructive mentality, profit is #1 and customer service is #2 Management will turn off services and support for any customer handing their notice in I didn't know my colleagues as staff turnover is insane

I am really sorry to hear about your experience which is diametrically opposed to other reviews about Flywheel on this site. Also we don't have or never have had an office in Milton Keynes. Help Desk roles with Managed Services Providers are very fast paced and not for everyone, that is why we are now only recruiting Help Desk Engineers that have previous experience within an MSP environment. We have also recruited a new Managed Services Director and a Head of People & Culture who start in May 2023 and will bring a new ethos of people development to Flywheel as we aspire to being on the top 100 IT Services List globally and a great place to come and work

Pros

That I got to work from home and not see any of leaders on a regular basis. Zero positives, appalling experience from the start that only went down hill.

Cons

Over promising at every opportunity and would agree with you to end the conversation as soon as possible, only for them to stab you in the back as soon as you walked out the door. You are seen as a number on a balance sheet and treat like one as well. The CEO is basically a robot, smiling and nodding as he feels this is what is expected of him but really he is heartless. Much more concerned about his own reputation to wider public rather than the company and staff. Quickly attempted to expand the sales team with no thought process, planning or accurate budgeting to support the people that was onboarded, This led to rapid dismissals of new starters, who had not been given a fair chance or adequate training. I personally had some good successes but left of my own back after 7 months due to the shocking morals and lack of accountable from the leadership. I encourage anyone considering working for this company to look at any other options before accepting.
