Cons

As a result, performance gaps are often overlooked, and a small group of high-performing engineers carries most of the workload leading to severe burnout and extended unpaid hours. In addition, salaries are sometimes delayed, and the company has reportedly faced banking issues tied to financial instability. Due to chaotic work environment there is a high turnover of competent staff that further contributed to company stagnation and reduced overall performance.
