Poor Management - Artist Focus Graphics Employee Review

Upper management has poor boundaries and poor management skills. None of them take responsibility when they mess up and it trickles down the pipeline and instead they blame the artist. Upper management also is undercutting industry standard wages and is aware and doesn't care.
