This company provides an extremely challenging and unsupportive work environment. The culture appears to prioritize self-preservation over teamwork, with colleagues often prioritizing their own interests at the expense of others. Promises made during the hiring process, particularly regarding expenses, are not upheld, with claims of “it’s not company policy” when reimbursement is sought. Leadership lacks empathy and places constant, often excessive, pressure on employees, frequently disrupting their workflow with numerous calls and emails while seemingly contributing minimally themselves. Just another example of treating people as number. Sadly this seems to be an industry standard now. The company operates on a skeleton crew. They don't seem to have basic manners when communicating, either due to stress levels of having to meet deadlines or just because they think they're a little bit more important than they actually are.
