They post deceptive job listings online. The truth of this "job" is that you will drive around all of Florida to different Sams Clubs, where you will set up a booth selling some sort of junk. They literally force you to chase people down and force them to come to your booth by literally shoving the product in their hand and then walking away. Essentially, you are harassing innocent shoppers. You do not make base pay and then commission: instead, you take home whichever is higher, either the 8.25 cents minimum wage or whatever you made in commission that week, which is usually about 300 dollars. They do not include any compensation for the excessive driving, standing in Sams clubs on weekdays and weekends for 60 plus hours a week, or the team meetings both day and night you are forced to go to WITHOUT PAY.
This is a pyramid scheme, and the managers and CEO Brian know that they can manipulate recent grads or college students into accepting this minimum wage, harassing people in stores, and complete scam of a job. It is truly disgusting to know that there are people who have no problem fully manipulating young adults new to the workplace.
