Pros
Some coworkers made it worthwhile because we were all in a crappy situation together. Pay was only good because of Covid
Cons
Lack of concern for anything but the company making money. CEO would constantly show face and act like there was nothing to be concerned about as he proceeded to lay off several employees repeatedly, some without paying severance & waiting the absolute longest they could legally to respond to an unemployment file. It was terrible when Rhodes was CEO but he did a good job of seeming “cool.” Only the tenured employees saw the true wicked side of him. This company was being run to the ground before Covid and they got saved by the Covid rates. Then did a good job at showing the great work the employees did to sell it to the private equity group. Now, I’m sure the group regrets their decision and should truly cut their losses however they can, quickly. There is no work/life balance here. They want to work you to your grave & will replace you just as quickly.
