None for me. It’s a startup, so things move fast and evolve constantly but that’s what makes it exciting!

This is a WFH position

There’s zero diversity here. You can literally count the number of people of color on one hand and women on the other. That says a lot. And yes, those voices matter, but they’re often sidelined. There’s also no real onboarding or training. You’re hired, then it’s basically “good luck.” You’re left to figure everything out on your own, which is both frustrating and avoidable. Leadership clearly hasn’t worked in tech before. There are no solid processes for anything — from how all-hands meetings are run to how PRDs are created. And it shows.
