- a complete gamble for employees, if you've good relationships with the senior management, then you're going to stay in this company, otherwise they will discard you like a tissue paper. - since they are good at marketing, therefore they represent themselves to be a giant in local Pakistani industry but in reality they don't have any traits of a big company. They have poor business, poor senior management, liar HRs, and absurd policies. - they make people fool by saying that they have never done layoffs, they are pathetic liars. They've been silently laying off for last one year and they've ruined the careers of so many talented individuals. - if you want a government like job and you can establish good relationships, then you can join this company but it will not give you any career growth and won't upskill you current skills.
