Simply hype creator by boasting disruptive technology development startup. Management team lacks mission and vision. Leadership and management team spends time in favouritism. No career and professional growth. CEO doesn’t know much about science and CSO is a retired academic who runs show as is the case in academic labs. Unnecessary waste of resources in unwanted experiments. Those who speak nicely with management team will get recognition. Poor compensation and no other benefits. Won’t recommend who really want to have a good career.
