- Co-founders are both incredibly bright individuals who also complement each other well - Revenue teams (marketing, sales, CS) are well integrated, meaning communication is in real-time and problems get solved quickly - GTM strategy is slowly becoming more and more clear as the market sends stronger signals that it's ready for our product - People are absolutely amazing. And we even have an office dog!

- Company growth is really starting to accelerate which is putting more on everyone's plates - Processes change so quickly sometimes that it can be hard to get your feet under you
