Easy to get time off when needed Job is not hard to perform Co-Workers for the most part are very easy to get along with
Cons
No full time options for non department heads/management unless the position is created for someone Very low chance of getting a raise and if you do its only 1% Lunches are given but 10 minute breaks you are supposed to get are never given for front end employees Constant smoke breaks but non front end employess that will walk past you if you are busy and need help to go take their smoke break More and more benifits being cut every year yet management still get's their monthly/Quarter bonus's even though they do little to none of the actual work. Constantly told the things you do wrong/need to improve on but rarely praised for good work. Inconsistant hours
