Initially, the company offered great opportunities, including regular raises, bonuses, 10% transfer raises, and paid education. It was a large company, but each facility felt like a small, close-knit company.
Cons
Raises are difficult to obtain, and retention is challenging. There appears to be less respect from management, who often respond dismissively or defensively when offered information.
