Cons
Pretty bad bro. First of all the pay is subpar, they will promise you high pay after 90 and 180 days but fail to deliver. Also you are expected to stay 60-80 hours a week and your manager will become upset with you if you dont stay as well as if you do so prepare to be yelled at regardless. Lastly the open door policy is bogus. Dont bring any complaints against coworkers, management,or anything relating to fsns or you WILL find yourself getting written up for complaining...or worse you'll be fired. Another thing i wanted to mention for cons is that training is constantly forged and in the case of audits, ive noticed leads and supervisors talking with management about making up false documents for technicians because they never have time to train so its a common practice for documentation to be forged to fool the auditors. I dont have a strong science background but i am almost positive that this is not a good practice to be doing. Anyhow thanks for reading and i hope everyone knows that fsns is the bottom of the bucket, get out as soon as you find something else.
