Thank you for sharing your thoughts. At FootBridge, our compensation model revolves around a fixed base salary combined with commissions, aimed at recognizing recruitment and sales performance. Any differences in pay are directly linked to performance metrics. Hence, individuals who have been with us for a longer period, or those who excel in their roles, should expect higher earnings.
