Pros
The people you work with at exec level all have a huge talent, shame it's not recognised by management
Cons
-No Benefits Literally none, poor staff discount, no Flexi time unless you're one of the favourites in the team, brought in summer hours but you had to sacrifice your dinner to finish early on a Friday, canteen is 'subsidised' but meal prices have been rising, coffee went up £1 in the space of a week - bonus and payrise are a joke Get the bare minimum while members of management brag about buying new cars with theirs -no investment in desk equipment sat on chairs with arms hanging off, barely any second screens -poor location off the motorway in Rochdale, commute is terrible made worse by no Flexi time, unsafe walk to trams/trains - huge divide between managers and their teams managers seem to think they're better than their teams, no communication, don't turn up to meetings/ 1 to 1s -bias towards men they get treated with more respect and given more benefits, most men on team allowed Flexi time come and go as they please, talk over you in meetings, would rather do a job badly than approach a female for their opinion expertise in the job they're in -No progression Asked for appraisals multiple times, saw barely any promotions in my team while I was there, only senior members were promoted to even more senior roles
