Pros
The company was willing to update and improve when they got honest feedback.
Cons
I almost forgot this. There was some seriously racist stuff went down between two employees and the solution was for the white woman to say sorry and for the black person to "get over it" That was impossibly offensive to witness. What felt like every summer in one of the departments, employees worked full time and more than full time but were rotated out to avoid being eligible for actual full time and benefits. Their HR department made it too difficult to challenge this pernicious behavior that anyone who wanted full time quit or was pushed out. There were pretty large gaps between the office staff and the actual DSP care providers. The real problem is that the DSP's didn't feel safe to come forward and express their concerns. This was not a healthy dynamic and I hope it was at least as good as when I left because in the beginning it was atrocious.
