Cons
No longevity. Its a heavily family owned business, those family members are the ones rewarded. I saw many lead generators quit in their first month. I stuck it out for 2 years because I was lead on to thinking there was always something more for me to grow. They will tell you there is room to grow in the company but sadly there are none. I tried for 2 years. Performance based and low pay. I did not like how this was all performance based while working here. As manager, I would make $3 per lead for new hires underneath me for every lead they acquired. When I was manager, they created a new position for me where I had to train and monitor new hires who were making equivalent to what I was making in terms of income. This made it hard to keep me motivated. Terrible support from the company while working as their IME lead generator position. You're literally on your own. They do not care what you do at the store. No one comes in to guide you or tell you what to do next. So have fun with it as please. When a customer gets mad at you after you set them up with an estimate for something the sales team did, there is no ownership or method on how to alleviate the situation. They just tell you the customer over reacted. This goes for all internal situations as well. Nothing will ever be their fault. False expectations. They will tell you anything that you want to hear/carrot on a string attached to a stick methodology. Poor Communication. Constantly being told different things from multiple managers. Hence, their chain of command is broken. Negative Company Culture. I came into weekly meetings on Friday mornings with the team to be told by team members, and I quote, "no one would even notice if you left these meetings."
