Pros
The people that work here are really talented and really care about the mission. Very flexible workplace, so work-life balance is not too much of an issue. Management is building a robust business so the future is looking good.
Cons
With employees all throughout the world, some meetings can be before or after normal business hours, but in saying that management asks us to keep track of this so we can take time off.
