Startup like environment so may not be the right place for people who want more structure and processes

Prior to the acquisition, Forage was a wonderful place to work: passionate people, innovative product, great pay, and an exciting start-up vibe. My ratings are for my time there, prior to July 2024.

I was laid off post-acquisition, but seems like a lot that made Forage great went downhill, including pay and the fast-paced, mission-driven start-up vibe. Most of the original Foragers have since left!
