I can't think of any cons. I love it!

Working at Forage has been such a rewarding experience. The leadership team genuinely listens and empowers us to make changes that matter, and it feels good knowing my work has a real impact. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and full of smart, driven people who care about the mission. It’s rare to find a company that balances innovation with empathy so well, and I feel like my ideas are valued here.

Not so much a con, but fast-paced environment (which I personally love, but not for everyone).
